Meet Ariana
Ariana is an Engagement Lead in the firm’s New York office and the Head of the firm’s Education practice. She focuses on strategy and operations strategy in K-12, Higher Education, Non-Profit, and EdTech. Prior to A/B, Ariana was the Managing Director of Operations at Ascend in addition to other leadership roles at Success Academy and Brooklyn Lab. She holds a doctoral degree in Education Policy from Northeastern University.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Former management consulting experience at a top-tier firm (Bain, BCG, Deloitte, L.E.K., McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, or Parthenon)

Industry expertise in business services, consumer, education/public sector, private equity, retail, or technology

Prior experience in an analytical, research, or technical role

Strong project management and client communication skills

A shared commitment to an entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative environment, and personal drive to exceed expectations

Willingness to travel for client engagements (20% - 50%)
